Forced and compulsory labour The Company does not employ any form of forced labour, including bonded labour, indentured labour and prisoner labour.
Child labour The Company does not support and employ child labour under the age of 15.
Discrimination No employee of the Company shall be discriminated against in the employment process on the basis of sex, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, country, political beliefs, social kinship, including recruitment, wages, benefits, promotion, discipline, resignation or retirement.
Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). The Company must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the environment, health and safety. The Company shall provide a safe, clean and healthy working environment to prevent accidents and work injuries during the works, by minimizing, the causes of hazards inherent in working environment.
Discipline measures Every employee in the Company will be respected in personality and shall not be subjected to any form of corporal punishment, sexual harassment, mental torture, verbal abuse.
Wages, hours and benefits The Company pays workers in accordance with the minimum wage and the industry minimum wage, as required by law, and pays mandatory benefits under the law. Overtime shall be voluntary. Overtime pays shall be paid in accordance with applicable local laws.
Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining The Company recognizes and respects the employee’s right to freedom of association.
